An Article About Something

This article is incredibly important as it serves as an antitheses to a previous article. That article, written about nothing, is the basis for this counter. This article is about something. What is that thing? Well, it’s nothing in particular. Writing about just one thing is rather limiting. So instead, the subject of this article will remain “something”. When writing about something, I must consider the desired audience. Who is that audience? In this case, it’s anyone, as I am not writing about anything in particular. To write about something, I must also have some sort of purpose or intent. In this case, my intent is purely to have not written about nothing, as I have already done that. I must also have a subject, which is the more complicated part. My subject is, by name, something. It is not anything specific, nor is it anything that can be defined. It must be interpreted exactly as is. With the three rules of subject, intent, and audience (outlined in An Article About Nothing), I have now proven that I am, indeed, writing about something. With that having been proven, I can continue to highlight the differences between the previous article and this one. While that article contained only insignificant words, with no particular significance, each word in this article is incredibly important. Each word is but one brush stroke in what will eventually be a beautiful painting. The words flow together effortlessly, connecting to its neighbors to form exquisite sentences, with perceivable thoughts and ideas. In theory, writing about something is incredibly simple. The difficulty comes when trying to analyze that process. An analysis of a fundamentally simple task will always add more complication than the task itself, but may help us to better understand why the task is, by all definitions, simple.
