The new arc for the Straw Hats will be centered on Elbaf. Elbaf is the legendary New World island and kingdom of giants in One Piece, renowned as the world’s strongest nation. It is an independent and technologically advanced society built around a massive tree, Adam. It is heavily inspired by Norse mythology.

This new season and arc will begin in April 2026. The anime takes a three-month break at the end of the Egghead Arc. The official ONE PIECE website noted that Episode 1154 will broadcast on December 21, with Episode 1155 airing on December 28. It will be bringing in new and significant characters and story arcs to encompass the world that is One Piece.
