“Crazy” I say, they all thought I was crazy.

Crazy! some might have said I was crazy once. A while ago I was talking with a witness, a witness of the rat room. Now, you as a viewer maybe asking what is a rat room? I did not know myself until I met someone who I thought myself was crazy.

I called out to him “sir, sir are you well? you are acting crazy.” all he could do was turn around and say “crazy? I was crazy once…” To this I was confused he walked towards me slowly with an almost eerie aura. He muttered softly at first “They, they locked me in a room…” A room I said back, my voice faltering with unease  “What room?” Suddenly the man shouted in anguish “A RUBBER ROOM IT WAS!” he spat “A RUBBER ROOM WITH RATS.”

I stepped back a step my legs starting to quiver with fear. The man started sprinting towards me all the while shouting “THE RATS, THE RATS, THEY DRIVE ME CRAZY!” At this moment I too started to run. I ran and ran as faster then your local tram, some might have even called me the gingerbread man. This interaction left me with more questions then answers and to this day the one that plagues me the most is what about that rat room made that man… crazy?

Aftermath

“Crazy…” I murmured to myself. After that night, I told my story to the whole town. But, I did not get it, everyone looked at me as if I was the one in that rubber room, the one who went crazy from rats. The “rat man from the rubber room” they called me. I was a laughing stock. The worst part about it is they made a full video game dedicated to my story. Now no one takes me seriously, I guess this story has truly made me… crazy.
